Hypnotherapy A Practical Handbook. Second Edition. ISBN 978-185343207-1
Recommended by: Jon Rowe
Originally aimed at psychiatrists and medical professionals, the book has professional practical use bias rather than proposing one technique or it’s originator over another. It spans from the basics of hypnosis to it’s various techniques and uses including Habits, Anxiety and Pain etc.
Whist not a scripts book it does also contain useful script excerpts to help explain the various elements. I have adopted a few of the practises and examples from this book.
Still can’t say I have read it cover to cover and the font is a little on the small side (for my eyes) but of the books I have so far this is the one I feel comfortable with as a recommendation for a useful companion to the diploma course.
Please share any scripts you particularly like here – or look up those shared by other students.
